This is the day set aside by followers of Christ to “remember” His resurrection form the dead for our justification. We celebrate not only because He was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, but because as we place our relational trust in Him – He resurrects us to new life in His image by the same power and glory of God the Father.
This day brings glory to God through His people “remembering” that we dies with Him and that we rise to new life with Him. Working out the perfection of Christ’s image in us – our Hope of Glory and the Glory of God!
